Terms of Use

Clear conditions for using the ORIVIX website.

These terms explain how visitors may use the public website, how product and prototype information should be understood, and the limitations that apply to public content and enquiries.

Current website stage

These terms apply to the current public informational website. Paid work, subscriptions, accounts, hosted software, or client services may require separate written agreements.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Acceptance of terms

Using the website means agreeing to these conditions.

By accessing or using the ORIVIX website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

Website purpose

What visitors can expect from this website.

The website introduces ORIVIX products, software directions, prototypes, case studies, insights, and contact pathways.

Public information

The website presents ORIVIX products, solutions, development work, case studies, insights, and general business information.

Product demonstrations

Some interfaces may represent prototypes, demonstrations, planned features, simulated integrations, or active development work.

General enquiries

Visitors may contact ORIVIX to discuss products, possible projects, collaboration, or operational challenges.

External services

Some links may open third-party websites, email providers, hosting platforms, or other external services.

Acceptable use

Use the website responsibly and lawfully.

Visitors must not use the website in a way that harms ORIVIX, other users, infrastructure, intellectual property, or third parties.

Use the website only for lawful and legitimate purposes

Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, probe, or misuse the website

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, accounts, or restricted areas

Do not introduce malicious code, harmful files, spam, automated abuse, or deceptive information

Do not copy, impersonate, or misrepresent ORIVIX content, branding, products, or communications

Do not use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of ORIVIX or any third party

Prototypes and demonstrations

Demonstrations should not be treated as production guarantees.

ORIVIX aims to describe development status honestly. Visitors should still review the stated stage of each product, prototype, case study, feature, and integration.

Demonstration data may be fictional, synthetic, sample-based, or manually prepared

Displayed integrations may be simulated unless expressly identified as active

Planned features may not yet be available

Screens, workflows, features, and technical direction may change during development

A prototype or demonstration is not necessarily a production-ready or client-deployed system

No warranties

The public website is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORIVIX makes no express or implied warranty that the website, content, demonstrations, links, or information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

ORIVIX may correct, update, remove, suspend, or change website content and functionality without prior notice.

No professional advice

Public content is informational, not regulated advice.

Website content and insights do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, engineering-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Appropriate qualified advice should be obtained where required.

No reliance

Visitors remain responsible for their own decisions.

ORIVIX provides public information to explain products and development direction. It should not replace independent review, testing, due diligence, or professional advice.

Website content should not be the sole basis for legal, financial, commercial, medical, security, or other regulated decisions

Product descriptions and case studies may summarise complex technical work and may not include every limitation

Estimates, future directions, concepts, and planned features are not guarantees

Visitors remain responsible for independently evaluating whether information is suitable for their circumstances

Limitation of liability

Reasonable limits apply to use of the public website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORIVIX and its owners, personnel, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or connected with use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profit, revenue, business, reputation, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, or operational continuity, whether arising in contract, negligence, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if the possibility of such loss was communicated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORIVIX’s total aggregate liability arising solely from access to the free public website will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the visitor specifically for access to that website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

External services

Third-party websites operate under their own terms.

Links to third-party websites, email services, hosting platforms, repositories, social networks, or other external services are provided for convenience.

ORIVIX does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, terms, privacy practices, actions, or omissions.

Website availability

Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.

The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, software changes, network failures, security events, or circumstances outside ORIVIX’s reasonable control.

ORIVIX may suspend, withdraw, restrict, or change any part of the website without creating an obligation to compensate visitors.

Information submitted by visitors

Visitors are responsible for what they choose to share.

Sending an enquiry does not require sensitive information. Keep initial communication limited to what is reasonably necessary to explain the general problem or project.

Only provide information that you are authorised to share

Do not send passwords, access keys, financial credentials, or payment-card information

Do not submit confidential customer records, health information, or other sensitive data through an initial enquiry

Ensure that submitted descriptions, files, messages, and materials do not violate third-party rights

Maintain independent backups of information or materials shared with ORIVIX

Intellectual property

Public access does not transfer ownership.

Website content may be viewed for informational purposes. Wider reproduction, redistribution, adaptation, commercial reuse, or misrepresentation requires appropriate permission.

ORIVIX branding, written content, product descriptions, interface concepts, original graphics, and original software remain protected unless stated otherwise

Third-party names, trademarks, software, icons, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners

Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted reproduction or commercial-use rights

Visitors may share ordinary public links to website pages without implying endorsement, partnership, or ownership

Enquiries and paid projects

An enquiry does not create a project contract.

Visiting the website, sending an email, completing an enquiry, or discussing an idea does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or obligation to begin work.

Paid work should begin only after the applicable commercial terms have been agreed separately.

A separate project agreement may address

Project scope and deliverables

Pricing, payment stages, and taxes

Timelines and client dependencies

Acceptance criteria and revision limits

Intellectual-property ownership and licensing

Confidentiality and data handling

Warranty, support, maintenance, and liability limits

Cancellation, suspension, and termination terms

Security

Appropriate safeguards without unrealistic guarantees.

ORIVIX intends to apply proportionate security controls as functional features are introduced. No internet-connected system or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure or risk-free.

Indemnity

Responsibility for misuse remains with the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a visitor agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from that visitor’s unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorised submission of information or materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Pakistani law.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to these website terms will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.

Severability

One invalid provision does not invalidate every term.

If a provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

No waiver

Delayed enforcement does not remove a right.

A failure or delay by ORIVIX in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive that provision or any related right.

Changes to these terms

Terms may evolve with the website.

These terms may be updated when products, submissions, accounts, integrations, services, or commercial features change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
